Barry Bonds, Home Run King?

I am sick and tired of hearing about how Bonds is guilty of this and that. I thought that in the American justice system, everybody is innocent until proven guilty. I might have missed it, but maybe he has already been found guilty. If you really look at it, Barry Bonds hasn't failed a drug test yet. Of course, it doesn't mean he hasn't taken steroids in his career.
Hey, it's not like I am on the Barry Bonds bandwagon, of course not. I am a fan who looks at the facts and processes them as I see them. I’m not telling you what to think, it's your choice, you can cheer for him or you can bash him. But, when he breaks the record, at least for now, he will be the home run king in the record book.

Another thing: Yes, Mr. Selig you should go and see Mr. Bonds breaks the record. You represent baseball and if you don’t show, than what does that say about the MLB? Who is in control? Just think, if it wasn’t for Bonds, McGwire, Sosa, Canseco and many more, baseball would be in the gutter. So what if they took steroids, during those times it wasn’t a crime. Let's make steroids a story of the past and keep it out of the future. What happened in the past should stay in the past, because those players did break those records and they deserve to be recognized for it. I put all the blame on Major League Baseball; a league that right now isn’t running America's pastime the way it should be run.

You should probably read Game of Shadows before you go around saying there's no proof he used steroids.

Actually, I have read Game of Shadows, cover to cover. If he hasn't failed a drug test than there is sufficent proof.

King Carson is right...if there is no sheet of paper that is a doctor's test results of Bonds' blood sample saying that he used steroids, then he is clean.

After reading game of shadows, it's clear that he used steroids BEFORE there was drug testing. If he used it during a testing period he used a masking agent to hide the drugs.
